Saturday, 11/05, EDSA (English Education Department Association) held the core event of EDSAFEST 2023 by holding a ceremony with the former functionaries of EDSA and announcing the winners of EDSAFEST 2023 competition. Before the main ceremony of the anniversary was held, EDSA arranged a competition for the students of  TBI (Tadris Bahasa Inggris). The ceremony was enthusiastically attended by the former and current functionaries of EDSA, the lecturer, invited guests and the students at the Main Sports Hall of IAIN Kudus.

Agenda by agenda has been memorable on a ceremonial day as our warmth feels deeper. After the opening ceremony and some speech, the head of the English Education Department, Mrs. Taranindya Zulhi Amalia, sliced Tumpeng, then gave it to the Vice Dean of Tarbiyah Faculty, Mrs. Rini Dwi Susanti, as a sign of gratitude towards the almighty of Allah SWT for giving EDSA another year to grow up together. The agenda continued with Sharing and Caring with the former functionaries of EDSA, delivered by Ms. Destinia Yudiana, the former Chief of EDSA 2019, who is often called Kak Desti at college, as the speaker. Kak Desti gives her encouragement and entrusts the current functionaries of EDSA to maintain and develop the organization to be more successful in the future.

Before the main event is held, the functionaries of EDSA hold EDSAFEST 2023, a competition for TBI students. The competition is held to accommodate students' talents and interests in several fields of competition, such as wall magazines, short vlogs, and t-shirt designs. Wall magazine included 3 poetry, fanart, and narrative writing competitions. The results of the EDSAFEST 2023 competition were then announced after the sharing and caring session. The following name is the winner list of the competition; we congratulate all of the winners with our warmest gratitude and hope the competition gave positive benefits to the participants.

The ceremony went enthusiastically as a rebana performance by the student community JQH As-Syauq. Their Performance also accompanied the mushafahah agenda at the end of the ceremony as a celebration moment of idul fitri nuance. Anniversary is not the end of a journey, but the beginning. As EDSA promised, EDSA will work hard and grow up together in the future.
