October 30, 2022, M Julio Andre, who is an English language education student, made another achievement through the micro-teaching competition as the first winner in the 2022 international English festival held by ESA Muria Kudus University with the theme "Let the Youth Color the World".

Other competitions with an international scope held by IEF ESA UMK include singing competitions, news anchor competitions, and many more. This is the first experience of Julio Andre winning an international award. Apart from this competition, the boy born in Jepara, Central Java is also an outstanding student who has received many awards from the various competitions he has participated in.

Behind his joy and success in this event, most people do not know the challenges facing before the due date, including the lack of preparation since he had known the competition during D-7.  For him, the performance was less prepared, but for the judges, it was stunning. Two main factors have influenced Julio, the first is the intention, then the second is action. Intention without action is futility. Besides, Julio was also assisted by Mrs. Taranindya Zulhi Amali and Mrs. Alfu Nikmah as the lecturers at English Education Study Program/Tadris Bahasa Inggris (TBI) as well as colleagues during the preparations until the competition took place and of course, the factor of God's intervention and the accompaniment of prayer helped his journey smoothly.

"Every achievement has its satisfaction. However, this particular achievement is of course very valuable to me, because indirectly this achievement is very helpful for TBI's future in accreditation. So, this is something that could be an unforgettable experience for me as a final student trying to contribute to TBI” said Julio. For his success this time, Julio hopes that there will be more TBI students who excel with the talents and interests they like and do not get tired of making TBI proud.
