EDSA of IAIN Kudus- Pandemic situation has changed our activities to meet other people and we must reschedule or remove some agendas. But in new normal era like this, there is no obstacle to us to keep building a relation with other people. EDSA of IAIN Kudus fulfilled EDSA UIN Walisongo Semarang’s invitation to attend their seminar entitled “SHARING TO LEARNING ; Actualizing A Bright Organizational Leadership in Digital Era for Sustainable Generation” and study comparative. The event was held by obeying to covid 19 protocols such as checking body temperature, wearing mask and also physical distancing. The event was held on Monday, 12^th October 2020 and represented by 15 people from EDSA of IAIN Kudus in Siliwangi Hotel, Semarang. The event was also attended by the Third Vice Dean of Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Walisongo, the Chief of English Education of UIN Walisongo Semarang and also several students of UIN Walisongo Semarang.

The event was opened by speech from Mrs. Sayyidatul Fadhilah, S.Pd.I., M.Pd., the Chief of English Education UIN Walisongo Semarang and Mr. Dr. H. Muslih, M.A., the Third Vice Dean of Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Walisongo Semarang. The first session was seminar from alumni of EDSA UIN Walisongo as a speaker. In his explanation, he explained about “What is organization? and how do we face digital era in organizational leadership?”. He also shared about his experience when he was being the first chief of EDSA UIN Walisongo Semarang.

The second session was shared experience EDSA’s program. EDSA of UIN Walisongo explained about their programs first, after that EDSA of IAIN Kudus who is chaired by Agus Muhammad Musthofa, asked to explain about programs that EDSA of IAIN Kudus have. From this agenda, we hope it will make us to be more open minded by exchanged ideas and solutions from problems that occur in organization. Beside that, we also hope that it can strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood between EDSA of IAIN Kudus and EDSA of UIN Walisongo Semarang.
